| I have a couple drupal sites on this host, and I have been very dissatisfied lately. They make you jump through several hoops to actually get the server configured properly for drupal. Their support is clearly outsourced, though courteous and generally helpful.
The major complaint is that there database servers have had serious issues, bringing down all my drupal sites, 3 times in the last 3 weeks.
Their control panel is not the most robust, and you're pretty restricted on what you're allowed to do on your own, without opening a ticket or support chat to ask them to do it for you. |
